The performance of a shifter is critical. It can mean the difference between winning a race or blowing an engine. A high-quality shifter can make your car shift better, faster, and more accurately. It saves you fractions of a second and on track, that could be all you need to win. In 2006 we developed our first fully adjustable short shifter. Over the years, we have continually improved the designs to ensure flawless performance for your vehicle, which is now available for the 2012-2015 9th Generation Civic!

When it comes to adjustability, our shifter stands alone. Adjustments are a breeze and allow for you to tune your shifter to your specific needs. With just the turn of a single 5mm Allen wrench, you can adjust your shift knob to be 2" taller or the same as stock. With the same Allen wrench, you can adjust the knob position, bringing it closer to or further from the steering wheel, meaning you can shift quickly and keep your hands on the wheel. You can even change out the internal spring for a stiffer or lighter shift resistance.

Want your shifts a little shorter? This shifter can reduce shift throw anywhere from 35% to 50% (below stock throw). Gate spacing (left-right shifter motion) is also adjustable from 10% to 35% shorter than stock. If you like short throws and wide gates, long throws and narrow gates, or any other combination, you can custom tailor it to your liking.

One glance at our shifter, and you can see we cut no corners. The four-link design offers short and crisp shifts while keeping parts and movement to a minimum. Each end link features full 6061-T6 anodized aluminum construction with stainless steel ball bearings designed to provide quiet, smooth operation with no need for lubrication. The shift levers are made from stainless steel to avoid corrosion and keep your shifter shining. All of this sits on a powder-coated lightweight steel frame that has been meticulously welded to create a solid base plate that utilizes no bolts or hardware and can take all the abuse you can throw at it. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Processing takes about 3 to 5 business days before your order ships. If by any chance, your package that has been delivered by the carrier is lost/stolen, YOU (THE BUYER) are responsible for working with the carrier and us, Tri-State Motorsports to recover your package. You must contact us and the shipping company within 48 hours of delivery for lost/damage claims. You are covered by the basic insurance amount APPROVED by the shipping center. We DO NOT refund or reship product for claims that are denied by the shipping company.

How Does Route Work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route's expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days form filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes.

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When Should I File a Claim?

Stolen (or any package that has been marked as delivered but your customer cannot locate)

  • Your customers have up to 30 days from when the package was marked as delivered to file a claim. Claims will not be approved before 5 days after the package has been marked as delivered giving the carrier time to "actually" drop off the package or for neighbors to return it in the case that it was delivered to the wrong address.

Stuck in Transit (Lost)

  • Your customers have up to 30 days to file a claim.
  • Domestic packages are not considered lost until after the 7th day without a tracking update.
  • International packages are not considered lost until after the 20th day without a tracking update.

Damaged

  • Your customers have up to 30 days to file a claim after the package has been marked as delivered.
  • For damage claims, we do require photo evidence of damage so we can verify that the product was actually damaged.

What if My Order Never Arrives, Is Stolen, or Arrives Damaged?

Route definitely helps cover these instances!

To protect your order against loss, theft, or damage add Green Package Protection at checkout.

If your order has not arrived, please file a claim with Route here. For damaged orders, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to use and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

You can also file a shipping issue on Route's app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

When will my product ship out?

What's the Warranty on our products?

Unless the product is manufactured by Tri-State Motorsports or TSM Race, ALL Warranties go through the Manufacturer directly. Please visit their official website and get in contact with them in regards to your warranty. We will supply you with any invoice or tracking information the manufacturer asks you for. We also offer Route Protection shipping insurance.

Do you offer any promotions?
